Specifically, the complaint is that the birds poo all over the cars, that they roost on during the night. In fact it is so bad, it can only be described as a health hazard, for our elderly residents.

While it is acknowledged, that the Operator of the village has tried on numerous occasions, using a variety of methods, to deter the birds, none of which were sucessful.

The only way to keep the birds out of the parking areas, was NOT to allow them to enter the parking area in the first place. This required a roller door to be erected at the entry to the car parking area. The Operator refused to pay for the roller door.
