Residents may remember the construction works recently completed at the end of the 200, 300, 400 and 500 streets, plus the newer 600 and 700 streets.
Editor's Note: There certainly doesn't appear to be any relief in sight for the residents of this village, when it comes to construction of new villas.
Interruption to peaceful lifestyle
While the Operator/Management advertise a change in lifestyle, when you purchase a residence in this estate, they fail to inform prospective and existing residents of the continual chase for the almighty dollar, with the continual construction of villas and apartments and other structures.
Interruption to lifestyle
Need we remind residents of the interruption to their existing lifestyle, when further construction work commences in the near future.
The eastern end of the 200 to 500 streets, will, once more, be closed to allow the construction of more villas/apartments. How quickly we forget, the additional restrictions placed on residents when again there will only be one way in and out, for each of the above mentioned streets.
The early morning starts for construction workers, the continual mess for long periods of time, the continual noise from the construction of more villas, the additional traffic conjestion of residents vehicles combined with heavy vehicles involved in the construction process.

Heavy vehicles takes a toll on the roads
While the operator ensures that the residents pay for the maintenance of the roads, he seems to forget the impact that construction work heavy vehicles takes on the existing roads infrastructure during the construction of additional villas and apartments.
Road maintenance cost should be shared with the operator
Trucks don't come much heavier than a concrete truck fully ladden with 6 cubic metres of concrete, then we have trucks ladden with steel mesh, plus large cranes to assist with the construction process. All of these very heavy vehicles, take a toll and certainly have a greater impact on the road surface, than normal vehicles.
Without a doubt, the maintenance of the roads within the village, should be shared equally between the operator and the residents, until the construction works have been completed.
As the residents of this estate are currently paying for the maintenance of the road surface in the village, perhaps the current residents committee should seek to address the imbalance of this expense, while the operator continues to build more and more villas/apartments.
