Residents interested in playing Lawn Bowls. 

The estate has a social golf committee, which organizes golf events, both at the estate's 9-hole golf course and at external courses. New to the game, experienced or planning a comeback, all residents are welcome.

Paula Murray has had many years of involvement in the game of golf. She is a very experienced golfer, who has played at the highest levels and achieved many impressive results.

For the golfers of the estate, there's nothing more obvious, than the fact that the golf course is in desparate need of some drainage.

Lionel has had many years of involvement in the game of golf and is an experienced golfer keen to share his knowledge with new residents interested in taking up the game.

Three years ago, many residents raised concerns about the temporary fencing erected by the operator around the golf course. 

Soup Night - 21 June 2025, 6pm start. This is one of numerous social committee functions organised throughout the year, for the social interaction and benefit of all residents.

Country Western Night - 23 August 2025, 6pm start. Another organised social committee functions for the social interaction and benefit of all residents. Your chance to demonstrate some of your boot-scooting skills with some great country western music and great company.

Melbourne Cup Luncheon - 4 November 2025, 1pm start. A just-for-fun organised social committee function, with a light lunch and glass of bubbly to help you select the winners of every race. The cost is $10

The Social Committee organizes numerous functions throughout the year, for the benefit of all residents. The 'Road Rally Scavenger Hunt' is another one of those functions - 21 August 2025.

Many social events organised by both the social committee and management, conducted in the lower level of the clubhouse, have attendance restricted to the first 150 residents.

Bingo

Bingo is played on a Wednesday afternoon commencing at 3pm, in the basement level of the clubhouse and everyone is welcome. Ticket sales start at 2.30pm.

Each Thursday night Jan and Rhonda conduct a 'Trivia Night' at the clubhouse, starting at 7pm in the basement level. Cost is $2 per person and prizes are in the form of vouchers to be redeemed at any time at the Village Bar. Come along from 6.30 to join a team and meet new friends. Bring some nibblies to share with your team while you enjoy one of Karen's famous cocktails, or maybe beer, wine, soft drink, tea or coffee - all available at very reasonable prices.

The Community Work Shed is a great place to relax with like-minded residents, a place to take care of those small projects that you've been putting off for some time. With regular BBQ's and morning teas, it's an ideal opportunity for social interaction within the village. We currently meet outside the basement level of the clubhouse every 2nd Wednesday between 12 and 2pm.

The estate has a social knitting group (knitting and crochet) which meets at 10 o'clock each Wednesday morning in the lower ground floor of the clubhouse. We enjoy sharing individual projects, as well as additional charity projects.

Residents interested in learning line dancing can join the group on Thursday afternoons from 2 till 4 in the basement level of the clubhouse.

Interested in a game of cards, 500, euchre, etc? Come along on Tuesday afternoons at 1.30 in the basement level of the clubhouse. If Texas Holdem is your scene - Tuesday afternoons at 2 o'clock in the lower ground level.
