The dust created from recently completed construction work still lingers on most villas and apartments.
It would be a reasonable suggestion to the Operator, that on completion of the various stages of construction work, he cleans up the mess he leaves behind, from the various heavy machines he employs to do his reconstruction work.
These heavy machines were going past the villas every 7 to 10 minutes. One can only imagine the cumulative effect of the dust that was making it's way through the entire village.
Operator should clean up the mess left by his heavy vehicle construction works
At the very least the operator should restore the outside of the villas and apartments, to the same state/condition that they were in, prior to the commencement of his construction work. To expect the elderly residents in this village to clean up the mess, in particular the dust, covering most if not all the villas and apartments in the village shows what little respect he has for the residents that have already made this village their home.
The operator was asked if he was going to clean the outside of the villas, when the construction work was completed, his reply, "No."
Does the Operator think if he leaves it long enough, the residents will forget and any commitments he makes to clean up after his construction works are completed will be forgotten. Or could that be the plan?
