The birds don't pay to stay overnight, but they do make one hell of a mess.

This in turn creates an unwanted health hazard for our elderly residents.

This issue has been ongoing for many years and while it is true that the operator has attempted numerous remedies to deter the birds, none has been successful.

The only successful remedy is to prevent the birds from entering the parking area in the first place.

However, the Operator refuses to pay for the installation of a roller door at the entry to the parking area.

He is happy for the residents to pay for the roller door and its installation, but will not put his hand in his pocket to solve the problem.

The Operator has a very short memory, as he had closed the golf course for a year and a half, as it became collateral damage to allow him to dump huge amounts of dirt from the hill on the existing golf course, because it was the cheapest alternative. With no reduction of recurring fees or consultation with the full resident body for the withdrawal of an existing facility, he just closed the course.
